Waring Digital Deep Fryer

This professional-style fryer takes the guesswork out of preparing fried chicken, French fries, doughnuts and other favorites. Designed for home use, it has an 1800W immersion-style heating element, which ensures that the oil quickly reaches the optimal fry temperature and recovers after cold foods are added. The digital LCD controls simplify selecting the temperature and setting the timer. Included are one large basket and two half-baskets, so you can fry two different foods at the same time. After frying, the heavy mesh baskets tilt back for no-mess draining. Their cool-touch handles are removable for compact storage.
